MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY

 

Runner of the Week

 Joel Bond, Husson
Sophomore - Houlton, Maine


Bond finished the 8K at Saxl Park more than a minute faster then the next runner to win the Husson Harrier Invitational with a time of 25:51.1. The second individual win for Bond this season helped Husson secure the event win on their home course.

 

 

 


 

Rookie of the Week

Seth Bywater, SUNY Delhi
First-year - Cornwall, New York


Bywater placed second at the SUNY Oneonta Airfield Invitational 8K with a time of 27:01.3. The Broncos won the event with 24 points.

 

 

 

 

 

 

WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY

 

Runner of the Week

Katie LeBlanc, UMaine-Farmington
Senior - Saco, Maine


LeBlanc bested 44 runners at the Husson Harrier Invitational 5K on Saturday and finished with a winning time of 20:22.2. LeBlanc outpaced the second-place runner by 20 seconds.

 

 

 


Rookie of the Week

Sophie Stewart, SUNY Delhi
First-year - Newark Valley, New York


Stewart led the Broncos with a third-place finish at the SUNY Oneonta Airfield Invitational 5K with a time of 19:50.3. Delhi placed third with 59 points.
