MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY

Runner of the Week

Jarrod Ottman, Thomas College
Senior - Merrimack, New Hampshire


Ottman was the top NAC finisher in the Maine State Championship race on Saturday, finishing 14th overall. He completed the 8k in a time of 27:13.6, which was 33.4 seconds ahead of the next NAC finisher. His placement helped lead the Terriers to a sixth place team finish overall and the top spot among NAC schools. 

 

 

 

 


 Rookie of the Week

Voldivain Mboma, Husson
First-Year - Worcester, Massachusetts


Mboma helped Husson captured 9th place overall at Colby College on Saturday with a 44th place finish in a time of 29:45.8. The first-year runner averaged just under a six-minute mile over the 8K course at the Maine State Championship.

 

 

 

 

 

WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY

Runner of the Week

Katie LeBlanc, UMaine-Farmington
Senior - Saco, Maine


LeBlanc was the top NAC runner in a crowded field with more than 140 competitors at the Maine State Championship on Saturday. She finished in 27th place with a time of 20:48.9 in the 5K race.

 

 

 


Rookie of the Week

Payton Goodwin, Husson
First-Year - Benton, Maine


Goodwin finished with a time of 21:41.1 in the Maine State Championship on Saturday. She was the top NAC rookie, and second NAC runner overall, to complete the 5K. Goodwin finished in 41st place out of over 140 competitors.
