WATERVILLE, Maine -- Maine Maritime and SUNY Delhi earned top seeds after undefeated divisional seasons and will host divisional rounds for the 2022 NAC Women's Volleyball tournament starting this weekend.

The top four teams in each division qualify for the NAC Championship tournament. Quarterfinals and Semifinals will occur divisionally, at the site of each #1 seed. Pairings for the quarterfinal round are #1 v #4 and #2 v #3 in each division. The #1 seed may choose to play the first or second semifinal. Divisional champions (conference semifinal winners) then meet for the NAC Championship contest. Game times listed are tentative and will be confirmed Monday, October 24th.

Maine Maritime earned the top seed in the East with an unblemished (8-0) divisional record. Husson (6-2) claimed the #2 seed, NVU-Johnson (3-5) is #3, and UMaine-Presque Isle (3-5) completes the field with the #4 seed. Predetermined tiebreaking procedures were followed to seed NVU-Johnson and UMaine-Presque Isle, who both finished with 3-5 divisional records.

In the West, SUNY Delhi cruised to an undefeated divisional season and the #1 seed. SUNY Canton (5-3) secured the #2 seed, Cazenovia (4-4) is #3, and SUNY Cobleskill (3-5) claimed the #4 seed.

The team advancing from the West division will host the NAC Championship match on Saturday, November 5 at 12:00 pm. The conference champions will move on to represent the NAC in the NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball Championship tournament.
