Player of the Week
Joshua Joseph, Thomas College

Joshua Joseph contributed a goal in each of Thomas College’s three matches last week, helping the Terriers finish the week with a 1-0-2 record. He played 74 minutes and scored the Terriers’ only goal in a 1-1 tie against defending NAC champion SUNY Poly on Saturday, and followed up with Thomas’ game-tying second goal in a 2-2 tie against Cazenovia College on Sunday while playing 81 minutes. Earlier in the week, he scored Thomas’ first goal in what ended as a 3-1 victory over non-conference foe New England College.
Defensive Player of the Week
Trevor Gray, Maine Maritime Academy

Trevor Gray recorded a pair of shutouts against North Atlantic Conference cross-divisional rivals over the weekend, helping Maine Maritime men’s soccer post a 1-1-1 record for the week. He made seven saves over 90 minutes in the Mariners’ 2-0 win over Cazenovia College on Saturday, and followed up with four saves to lead the MMA to a 0-0 draw against defending NAC champion SUNY Poly. Gray opened the week with five saves in Maine Maritime’s road loss to Bowdoin College. For the week, Gray charted a .842 save percentage with a 1.20 goals against average.
Rookie of the Week
Ryan Primus, SUNY Poly

Ryan Primus had a solid week in goal for SUNY Poly. The academic sophomore and first-year collegiate player stepped up for the Wildcats after injuries to two other goalkeepers, playing all 90 minutes in all three SUNY Poly games last week. In NAC cross-divisional play, he recorded one save in SUNY Poly’s 1-1 tie against Thomas College on Saturday, and capped the weekend with a clean sheet on three saves in the Wildcats’ 0-0 tie against Maine Maritime. Primus opened the week against No. 19 Hamilton College, and charted six saves in a 1-0 loss to the Continentals, allowing the game-winning goal with a mere 51 seconds remaining. For the week, Primus posted a 0.67 goals against average with a .833 save percentage.
