Player of the Week

Hannah Shipley, SUNY Poly
Junior | Forward | Chili, New York
Hannah Shipley had a breakout week for the Wildcats. Prior to this week, she had just one assist on the year. Her breakout week helped lead her team to two dominant wins in North Atlantic Conference (NAC) play. In Wednesday's 4-0 win over SUNY Canton, Shipley had a hat trick, scoring two goals in the first half and one goal in the second. She followed up her three-goal performance with a five-point game in the Wildcat's 3-0 win over Eastern Nazarene. Shipley assisted on Poly's first goal of the game and scored two goals in the second half in under five minutes. Shipley wrapped up her week with five total goals and an assist for an impressive 11 points. She now leads the Wildcats in points (12) and goals scored (5).

Defensive Player of the Week

Madison Reed, Lesley University
Sophomore | Goalkeeper | Berlingame, California
Sophomore goalkeeper Madison Reed played a full game against Maine Maritime in Lesley’s loan game for the weekend. Reed was able to make four saves off of seven shots on goal for the Lynx. Most importantly, she was able to stop a penalty shot in the 68th minute to preserve the 1-0 win and the shutout over the Mariners.

Rookie of the Week

Olivia Davis, VTSU Johnson
First Year | Midfielder | Cadyville, New York
Olivia Davis had three goals and one assist this week, keying two Badger victories.  Davis scored two goals in Saturdays 4-1 win at SUNY Cobleskill - the second was on a header in the first minute of the second half. Davis also added a goal and an assist in a 4-0 win midweek at Fisher College. With five goals and three assists, Davis has cracked the top 10 in conference scoring this this season and is an important contributor for the resurgent Badgers.
