WATERVILLE, Maine – The University of Maine at Farmington and SUNY Delhi have earned the host rights for the first two rounds of the 2023 North Atlantic Conference Men’s Basketball Tournament on February 17-18, 2023.

The top four teams in each division qualified for the NAC Championship tournament. Quarterfinals and Semifinals will occur divisionally, at the site of each division’s no. 1 seed. Pairings for the quarterfinal round are no. 1 versus no. 4, and no. 2 versus no. 3 in each division. The no. 1 seed may choose to play the first or second first-round game.

UMaine-Farmington went undefeated in the NAC East Division to secure both the top seed in the division as well as the no. 1 overall seed for the tournament. The Beavers will host East no. 4 seed Northern Vermont-Lyndon in Friday’s first divisional quarterfinal, while East no. 2 seed Husson University will face East no. 3 seed UMaine-Presque Isle.

In the West Division, SUNY Delhi completed its divisional slate with an 8-2 record, and will host West no. 4 seed Cazenovia in Friday’s first divisional quarterfinal. West no. 2 seed SUNY Cobleskill will square off against West no. 3 seed SUNY Poly in the other West quarterfinal.

Quarterfinal winners in each division will meet in the divisional semifinals on Saturday, Feb. 18, at 2:00 p.m.

The divisional winners will meet for the championship game on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023, at the site of the highest remaining seed in the tournament. The NAC champion will move on to play in the 2023 NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Championship.
