Ava Dowling, Husson University
Junior | Distance Runner | Newburgh, Maine
Husson University junior Ava Dowling won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Monks Invitational, hosted by St. Joseph’s of Maine, with a time of 12:09.01. Her mark qualified her for the New England DIII Outdoor Track & Field Championships in just her second career steeplechase race.

Kitty Messina, SUNY Delhi

Kitty Messina continued her senior campaign by adding more than a meter to her lifetime best, and the SUNY Delhi program record, in the hammer throw with a toss of 43.62 meters at the Cortland Upstate Alternative. That mark adds to her NAC leading mark of 42.52 meters from earlier in the season. She also took her first crack at the Javelin on the season and posted a mark of 30.32 meters which ranks fourth in the NAC.

Lilianna Peters, SUNY Cobleskill
First-Year | Distance Runner | Hinsdale, New York
First-year distance runner Lilliana Peters was the Fighting Tiger’s top performer at the 2024 Cortland, Alternative Meet hosted by SUNY Cortland on Saturday. Peters captured the 5000-meter run at the event beating the field by posting a time of 19:41.99 at the non-scoring qualifying event.
