Saige Evans | Husson University | Sophomore | Forward | Greenbush, Maine
 
Evans was instrumental in helping Husson to an 89-74 season-opening win over Saint Joseph's College of Maine. Evans tallied 19 points, including seven in the fourth quarter, in addition to 10 rebounds and four steals, while shooting 7-13 from the floor and 5-6 from the foul line in the fourth quarter to salt the game away for the Eagles.
 
Defensive Player of the Week

Dow did a little bit of everything this weekend, helping the Beavers to a 2-0 weekend at the Spartan Classic. Dow finished with three steals against Fisher on Saturday and then stuffed the stat sheet on Sunday against Hartwick, totaling 5 steals, three blocks as well as posting a ten-point-ten rebound double-double in the 75-64 victory.
 
Rookie of the Week

Carnes was stellar for Husson off the bench in her collegiate debut in an 89-74 season-opening win over Saint Joseph's College of Maine on Saturday. Carnes recorded 11 points, including three made three-pointers, in addition to six assists for the Eagles.
