Another high-scoring performance by McLaughlin led UMF to its lone victory of the week against MMA. He tied his career high with 35 points, going 7-for-12 from three-point range. In addition, McLaughlin contributed 4 rebounds and 2 assists to the win.

Another double-double performance highlighted UMF’s lone game and victory of the week, coming against MMA. Reynolds finished with 18 points and 17 rebounds on an efficient 7-for-13 shooting, including 4-for-10 from three-point range. With his eighth rebound of the game, he also etched his name into program history, becoming UMF’s single-season rebound leader. He surpassed a record that had stood since the 1965–66 season and currently sits at 379 total rebounds for the year.

Akhe McMichael | UMaine-Presque Isle | Senior | Guard | St. Petersburg, Fla.
Akhe McMichael was unstoppable on both ends during UMPI’s weekend sweep of Johnson and Lyndon, helping the Owls secure a home playoff game. Over two games, the 6'0" point guard totaled 31 points, 25 rebounds, 13 assists, and 10 steals while turning the ball over just three times. McMichael led UMPI on the boards both nights, including a career-high 14 rebounds on Saturday, and his relentless defense—five steals in each game—created key turnovers and transition opportunities. His all-around play fueled UMPI’s 11 wins in their last 13 games and was the driving force behind the Owls’ NAC-clinching sweep.
Rookie of the Week
Isiah Godley | Thomas College | First-Year | Guard/Forward | Greenville, N.C.
Isaiah Godley had a standout week for the Terriers, averaging 19.7 points and 10.7 rebounds across three wins. He opened the week with a career-high 15 rebounds and 5 blocks, adding 18 points and three assists in the 109-96 win over VTSU Lyndon. On Friday, Godley followed up with 19 points and 9 rebounds in a crucial victory over SUNY Cobleskill, helping the Terriers clinch a playoff spot for the first time since the 2021-22 season. He capped the week with a career-high 22 points against SUNY Delhi, along with 8 rebounds, including 10 of the team’s first 13 points, leading the Terriers to another conference win.
