Co-Player of the Week
Jessica Dow | UMaine-Farmington | Junior | Forward | Saco, Maine
Dow was fantastic in the Beavers three games last week. She opened the week with a 13 points, three rebounds, and a steal. She shot 5-for-11 from the floor and a perfect 3-of-3 from the free throw line in a tough loss against NESCAC power Colby College. Over the weekend, Dow helped lead the Beavers to a pair of crucial victories to help keep their hope of securing the one-seed alive heading into the final weekend of the regular season. In a blowout victory over Johnson on Friday, Dow was ultra-efficient, shooting 7-of-11 from the field and finishing with 15 points in just 17 minutes. She also added three rebounds, three assists, and two steals. On Saturday, Dow helped lead the Beavers to a come-from-behind win on the road over Lyndon. She finished with 21 points, 14 rebounds, five assists, four steals and three blocks. The double-double for Dow was her fifth of the season. She also shot 13-of-16 from the free throw line in the game. For the week she averaged 16.3 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 2.3 steals per game while shooting 45.7% from the floor and 77.3% from the free throw line.
 
Co-Player of the Week
Jacquelin Castro | Maine Maritime Academy | Senior | Forward | Melbourne, Fla.
Maine Maritime Academy women's basketball senior Jacquelin Castro averaged 13.7 points on the week over three games and 18.5 points in two North Atlantic Conference road matchups victories. After a tough loss to No. 6 Bowdoin College earlier in the week, the Mariners traveled to Vermont to take on conference oppenents VTSU Lyndon and Johnson. In Friday night's contest againt the Hornets, Castro scored 15 points in 15 minutes of play, shooting 4-of-8 from the field and 7-for-9 at the free throw line. She also snagged seven rebounds, three assists, along with a block and steal. She followed up with a 22-point season high outing against Johnson the next day. Castro tallied a 10-rebound double-double in just 18 minutes against the Badgers with a steal and block. She went 9-for-18 from the field and 4-for-5 at the free throw line. In conference play, she shot 50% field goal percentage and 79% from the free throw line and averaged 8.5 rebounds. 
 
Defensive Player of the Week
Kayleigh Bryant | SUNY Cobleskill | Senior | Guard/Forward | Schenevus, N.Y.
Bryant anchored the Tigers’ defense during a perfect 3–0 week, including a 2–0 NAC stretch with wins over UMPI and Husson. In Cobleskill’s win over Husson, she posted a career-high 10 rebounds (six defensive) while adding two blocks and a steal. She followed that performance with nine rebounds (seven defensive), two blocks, and a steal against UMPI. In the Tigers’ non-conference win over VTSU-Castleton, Bryant added five defensive rebounds and a steal while consistently altering shots on the defensive end. For the week, the senior averaged six defensive rebounds per game to go along with 1.3 blocks and 1.0 steal across three contests.
 
Rookie of the Week
Lilly Gray | UMaine-Farmington | First-Year | Forward | Benton, Maine
Gray was fantastic in both of Farmington's crucial NAC victories over the weekend. Gray finished Friday's win over Johnson with 10 points, seven rebounds and two steals in just 18 minutes. She then added 16-points five rebounds, and three assists in 16 minutes in Farmington's come from behind win over Lyndon. Gray shot 8-of-14 from the floor against Lyndon and 5-of-12 against Johnson.
