Boehmcke came out of the gates soaring in Husson's opening week of competition, which saw the Eagles go 2-1 with a home loss to the University of New England to open the year, before taking both games of a weekend Massachusetts trip against UMass Boston and Suffolk University. Boehmcke recorded 10 goals, four assists, 11 ground balls, nine draw controls and five caused turnovers for the Eagles, including three-straight hat tricks to open the year with a four-goal game against UMass Boston included in those performances. Boehmcke currently leads Husson in goals, ground balls and draw controls, while ranking second in assists and tied for third in caused turnovers.

Small made an instant impact for Husson in its 2-1 opening week with wins over UMass Boston and Suffolk University over the weekend, after a season-opening, home loss to the University of New England happened earlier in the week. Small finished with nine ground balls and five caused turnovers for Husson on defense, while limited Suffolk to just 15 shot attempts to conclude its week.
