Vincent did everything over the weekend for the Beavers, leading them to a 3-1 record against Lesley in their weekend series. At the plate, Vincent went 5-for-12 with a double, a triple, and a home run with 8 RBIs, 5 runs scored, and 4 walks. On the mound, Vincent pitched 5.2 innings giving up just three hits and four walks while striking out six and giving up no runs. He also fielded a .931 fielding percentage with 22 putouts and five assists.
Pitcher of the Week
Kyle Delano | Thomas College | Junior | Pitcher | Sabattus, Maine
Delano appeared in one game this week for the Terriers, pitching a complete nine inning game to help give the team their first conference win of the season against UMPI. Delano allowed just four hits, no earned runs, an incredible zero walks or wild pitches, and struck out seven batters in route to the 7-1 victory in game one of the series. Delano consistently came up in huge moments, including getting out of several innings with runners on base.
Rookie of the Week
Jackson Murray | UMaine-Farmington | First-Year | Infield | Bath, Maine
Murray made the most of his lone start last week, going a perfect 5-for-5 with four RBIs and two runs scored in Farmington' 17-11 victory over Lesley on Sunday. The five hits for Murray tie a program record for hits in a game, matching a record that has stood since 2009.
