Track Athlete of the Week

LaFlamme competed in the in the 5,000 meters last Thursday at the SNHU Spring Invitational racing to a 1st Place finish with an impressive time of 15:25.55. The time for LaFlamme Provisionally Qualified him for the New England Championship and set a new program record.

Crews had a strong day at the SNHU Invitational a week ago competing the discus, shot put, and hammer throw. Crews placed 3rd in the shot put reaching 13.69 meters on his furthest attempt, 8th in the discus with a throw reaching 35.83 meters and reached 43.08 meters with his best Hammer throw attempt.
 
Rookie of the Week
Gabriel Fairbrother | Husson University | First-Year | Fairfield, Maine
 
Fairbrother put together a strong performance in the javelin throw at the Yellow Jacket Open on Saturday for Husson, as he placed fourth with a personal-best throw of 47.61 meters. Additionally, Fairbrother also competed in the 100 meters, placing 26th in 13.02 seconds.
