Player of the Week
Yates Emerson | Husson University | Sophomore | Infielder | Bangor, Maine

Emerson provided a lot of production for Husson out of the bottom of the lineup in a 2-4 week overall for the Eagles, who split a four-game series with Thomas College, after falling on the road earlier in the week to NESCAC foes Bowdoin College and Bates College. Emerson went 10-15 at the plate for Husson, while driving in three runs and scoring three runs himself, in addition to striking out just two times and adding four walks and a 2-2 conversion rate on stolen bases. Emerson rose his batting average from .286 prior to the start of the week to a team and conference-high .419 by the week's end.

Pitcher of the Week
Garrett Chadwick | UMaine-Presque Isle | Senior | SS/P | Brighton, Colo.

The Owls' ace turned in one of his best performances of his career in the series finale at Farmington to force a 2-2 series split with the Beavers. Chadwick threw a complete game shutout, allowing just three hits, one of which came on the penultimate batter of the game, while striking out five and not walking a single batter on just an 86-pitch outing.

Rookie of the Week
Ajay Rychcik | Thomas College | First-Year | OF | Apex, N.C.

Ajay Rychcik was a huge part of the Terrier success this past weekend, splitting the weekend with formally top seeded Husson University. In Rychcik's 11 at bats he earned six hits, five RBI, and two home runs for a .545 batting average. Rychcik's ability defensively for the Terriers was also a key asset, earning a 1.000 fielding percentage with no errors and several key long throws to hold baserunners at third from right field. Rychcik's best game came on Sunday in game one against the Eagles, where he earned two hits, two RBI, and had a home run to help the Terriers earn a crucial 9-5 conference win.
