Bangor – No. 5 seed SUNY Delhi shut out No. 3 seed SUNY Cobleskill 2-0 in Game 8 of the 2026 North Atlantic Conference Softball Tournament Friday evening.

The Broncos move on to face Thomas College in an elimination game, with the winner advancing to Saturday’s championship game against top-seeded Husson University.

Delhi struck first in the second inning as Riley Martin reached after being hit by a pitch and later advanced to second on a wild pitch. Carly Bernard moved Martin into scoring position with a fly out to right field before Martin later stole home to give the Broncos a 1-0 lead.

Delhi added an insurance run in the sixth inning when Huckabee opened the frame with a double to right-center field. Martin advanced her to third with a sacrifice bunt before Carolina Watson drove in Huckabee on a groundout to shortstop, extending the lead to 2-0.
