Allie Osterhoudt joined the North Atlantic Conference staff in August 2022 in the newly-created role of Assistant Commissioner.
Osterhoudt joined the NAC office from her alma mater, St. John Fisher University, where she had been serving as an office research and event assistant in the Institutional Advancement office since August 2021. In that role, she assisted with donor engagement events and projects while helping to maintain the donor database. Osterhoudt was a member of the Institutional Advancement team’s Alumni Weekend Planning Committee and assisted in managing regional alumni chapters through SJFC’s Alumni Board of Directors.
Concurrent with her duties with the Institutional Advancement office, Osterhoudt was the general manager of operations for the New York Collegiate Baseball League’s Cortland Crush from the 2019 through 2021 seasons. In this capacity, she supervised and directed all game day operations and staff, including on-field activities, press box operations, marketing, and concessions. She also coordinated all team travel logistics and served as liaison for visiting teams and umpires.
Osterhoudt completed a six-month internship within the SJFU Athletics Department during her senior year as an undergraduate, working in the areas of NCAA compliance and business operations. Among her duties were monitoring student-athletes’ academic standing for athletic eligibility, recording official and unofficial visits, and assisting with both team and departmental budget updates.
As a graduate student at St. John Fisher, Osterhoudt was a volunteer assistant coach for the Cardinals, assisting with practice activities and drills while maintaining the team’s social media presence. She graduated from St. John Fisher in May 2021 with her Bachelor of Science degree in sport management and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in sport management from SJFU.
